Raggy-Tag are a traditional British company (based on the Isle of Wight) with a desire to produce stylish, elegant baby products - made with luxurious materials at a superior quality.
Their drive comes from a firm belief that comforted babies are happy babies - happy babies make happy households.
All any baby ever wants - aside from the essentials - is comfort. To feel safe and secure in any given situation. This comfort primarily comes from parents/carers - especially in the first few months of life. However, it is vitally important that a baby learns to feel comforted when not in someone's arms. Raggy-Tag baby comfort blankets are the perfect choice for any parent wishing to introduce a comforter into their baby's life. What better than to cuddle up to a blanket made with soft, silky, durable fabrics - easy to grip and light enough to carry?
Raggy-Tags are designed not only to provide a comforting keepsake that will be cherished for years, but are also a gentle introduction to the basic sensory stimulation that is crucial to a baby's development. For years babies and children alike have played with the care labels on clothes and toys - in fact lots of adults do too! There is something incredibly alluring about the silky texture of these labels - temptingly tactile and so satisfying to play with. Each Raggy-Tag is therefore created with a varying selection of ribbon tags around the outside - including the care label! This mixture of colours and textures will awaken the curiousity of any baby and encourage them to explore not only their Raggy-Tag but their whole environment.
In addition to their core product, Raggy-Tag are now in the process of launching a range of clothing and accessories to compliment their Raggy-Tags. Each will be designed with the same elegance and style that signifies the Raggy-Tag brand.
The quality of every Raggy-Tag is assured by international safety standards and is tested to comply with the safety requirements of European Standard EN71.
Every ribbon and fabric has been tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and meet the human-ecological requirements of the current standard for use in baby clothing and in decoration material.
CE marking is a mandatory European marking for certain product groups to indicate conformity with essential health and safety requirements set out in the European Directives. To permit the use of a CE mark on a product, proof that the item meets the relevant requirements must be documented. Raggy-Tag are proud of their CE mark and not only strive to maintain this, but improve upon it.
