Delivery times and charges

*This service is not available on bank holidays, orders received on a Friday will arrive the
following Monday.  Please give us a delivery address where someone will be in to receive and sign for the parcel.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.  We can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 4pm will, subject to availability, be dispatched on the following day. Those orders received and accepted after 4pm will be dispatched on the day after the next day. For legal reasons we are unable to fulfill orders to the USA.

PLACING AN ORDER WITH RAGGY-TAG
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact us before placing an order with us either by telephone on 0208 939 9020, by email at: info@raggy-tag.com or by post using the address given below. By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Raggy-Tag to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order. Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Raggy-Tag for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.  Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see the delivery times and charges above.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel your order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with the product(s) that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Please take extra care to read our washing instructions and use of product instructions.  We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.

MAKING RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, we request that you arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. To return any products to us, please complete the coloured paper which comes with your order and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

We accept online payment in a secure environment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch.   All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).   All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£)

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. The specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are a general description of the products. The colour reproduction of the products are a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system that you use.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY  
We recommend that you wash a Raggy-Tag product before use. Raggy-Tag products are made with great care to withstand the exuberant attentions of babies and younger children.  However, a Raggy-Tag is not designed as a teething soother and therefore we recommend that a Raggy-Tag product is played with under adult supervision.

Raggy-Tag will ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, but it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Raggy-Tag will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information.  Raggy-Tag does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.   Raggy-Tag will not be responsible or liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Raggy-Tag does not control these websites and is not responsible for their content. Links are provided as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Raggy-Tag.   The entire liability of Raggy-Tag under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.   Raggy-Tag will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
